NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) – One cadet was killed, 20 were wounded along with two Army soldiers in an accident involving a training car at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point Thursday morning, officials explained. Speaking on WAMC public radio Thursday afternoon, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the number of fatalities could increase according to what he has been informed about the episode.
